    Als Teil eines großen und weltweit bekannten Konzerns bündelt die Tochter Gruppe Einrichtungen in ganz Europa, die sich um die tierärztliche Versorgung von Haustieren kümmert.
    Am Standort im Raum München wird eine erfahrene Leitung für den Bereich Accounting & SSC DACH gesucht; hierbei führen Sie ein Team von 3 Teamleads und 2 Holding Mitarbeitern.

    Aufgabengebiet

  • Leitung und Entwicklung Ihres Accounting Teams
  • Verantwortung des gesamten Rechnungswesens sowie der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften nach HGB
  • (Weiter-) Entwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen im Accounting und Finance, Harmonisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Überwachen wesentlicher Finanzprozesse in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Finanzberichterstattung an den CFO
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für finanzielle Anfragen in der Gruppe
  • Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten Anforderungsprofil
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder Finance, berufliche Weiterbildung im Accounting wünschenswert ( z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter, ACCA..)
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, davon mindestens 4 Jahre in einer leitenden Position, optimaler Weise in einem internationalen Konzern
  • Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Accounting
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Excel
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamplayer Mentalität, Can-Do Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im Bereich WP, Private Equity oder M&A-Unternehmen von Vorteil Vergütungspaket
