- Anwendungsentwicklung bei unseren TIER-Kunden, technische Leitung bei Verkaufsgesprächen und One-face-to-the-customer für alle Themen und Prozesse gegenüber dem Kunden
- Entwicklung von Programmplänen für Fahrzeugplattformen incl. Strategieplan und Budgetverantwortung
- Betreuung von technischen Entwicklungen von der Idee bis zur Fertigstellung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Identifizierung und Akquirierung von Projekten
- Sicherstellen, dass Designkonzepte den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen
- Unterstützung von Kunden-Build-Events, Technologieshows und Meetings
- Überprüfung der endgültigen Revision/Design/Freigabe für das Teiledesign
- Betreuung des Kunden und interne Vertretung des Kunden
- Verhandlungsführung, Ausarbeiten der Spezifikationen und Angebotserstellung
- Identifikation von neuen Projekten und Umsatzpotentialen, Geschäftsanbahnung
- Bachelor-Abschluss (vorzugsweise Ingenieurwesen) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung bei einem OEM, Großkunden oder TIER Kunden der Automobilindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung in der Automobilindustrie
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenmanagement
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen, idealerweise SalesForce (SFDC), sowie MS-Office
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
