- Führung eines Teams von 6 Mitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Koordination der ordnungsgemäßen und wirtschaftlichen Durchführung der Instandhaltung unter Berücksichtigung der Budgetvorgaben und Steuerung der internen Ressourcen, wie auch teilweise externen Dienstleistern
- Einbindung und unterstützende Beratung in Projekte der Produktions- und Gebäudeinfrastruktur, vor allem auch in Bezug auf das Energiemanagement
- Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur effizienten Nutzung verschiedener Energieformen, insbesondere erneuerbarer Energien, hinterlegt mit entsprechenden quantifizierten Angaben zu Investitionen, Betriebskosten oder auch möglichen staatlichen Förderungen
- Für diese anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit suchen wir Sie als einen erfahrenen, wie auch unternehmerisch denkenden Infrastructure Manager.
- Sie bringen Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität ein, um den sich in dieser Position bietenden Gestaltungsspielraum für die Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltung und der Produktions- bzw. Gebäudelandschaft aktiv zu nutzen und engagiert bei der Lösung von Problemen mitzuwirken.
- Aufbauend auf einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studium bzw. einer vergleichbaren technischen Qualifikation konnten Sie bereits eine mehrjährige Berufs- und idealerweise Führungserfahrung in der Instandhaltung in einem Industrieunternehmen sammeln.

Die Funktion des Infrastructure Managers ist nicht nur ein elementarer Baustein im Werk unseres Kunden, sondern ist auch maßgeblich an der Weichenstellung für die zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung des Standortes im Norden von Stuttgart beteiligt.
Die große Herausforderung und Chance in der Funktion des Infrastructure Managers besteht für Sie als neuer Stelleninhaber darin, die Abteilung - zuständig für Produktionsanlagen, technische Gebäudeausstattung und Energieversorgungs- wie auch Abfallmanagement - zu führen und einen wesentlichen Beitrag in der Etablierung neuer bzw. der Optimierung bestehender Abläufe leisten zu können. Selbstverständlich obliegt Ihnen dabei auch die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der relevanten gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften; dies umfasst idealerweise auch die Arbeitssicherheit.
