Ihre Aufgaben:

Your tasks during the internship will be the support of the project team in their daily work, especially for:

Support in the preparation of background information such as internal and external research in the sectors energy, transport, nature-based solutions, water and waste management in cities;
Support of knowledge and document management, especially with regard to the collection, structuring and preparation of technical advisory to specific cities in low and middle income countries;
Support in the organization and preparation of professional exchange formats as well as (virtual) events, provide technical support, taking notes etc.;
Contribute to monitoring, reporting, learning and communication;
Support in further administrative and organizational tasks;

Ihr Profil:

You have to be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recently graduated (within last six months) in urban development, economics, engineering or equivalent;
Knowledge and/or prior work experience/internships in the water sector is an asset;
Understanding the basic processes of the preparation of investment projects and/or urban development (through education or internship/working experience);
Understanding the basic processes of technical assistance (advisory) of national or subnational stakeholders in developing countries and emerging economies (through education or internship/working experience);
Strong interest in conceptual work in a team and independent work;
Working proficiency in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is an asset;
Enthusiasm to work in a multidisciplinary and intercultural team;
A high ability to efficiently structure information and processes.

Hinweise:

We pay a monthly stipend of €2.064;
- (gross).
