We are looking for a new team member as "Financial Affairs (f/m/d)" to join us in Stuttgart.

You will need...

Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
Minimum 8 years of related finance experience
Knowledge of financial and tax regulations
Advance proficiency with MS Excel, experience with SAP.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
High degree of initiative and process orientation
Ability to work in cross-functional processes with interdisciplinary teams
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally

Your responsibility is to...

Develop and maintain systems, standards, procedures and internal policies to meet the company's finance and accounting objectives
Develop and implement financial operations in line with business objectives
Oversee the annual finance planning and budgeting processes in close collaboration with HQ
Collaborate on financial planning strategies and budgeting, providing insights for informed decision-making
Manage the financial affairs in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including banks, financial institutions and tax office)
Prepare the annual operating budget and financial statements
Report and analyze financial information and trends
Support on-going ERP implementation projects
Provide technical support to field operations as needed
Maintain all company records, ensure all financial documents and tax filings are completed
Review and keep current on new laws and regulations affecting the organization
