    Das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf (UKD) ist das größte Krankenhaus in der Landeshauptstadt und eines der wichtigsten medizinischen Zentren in NRW. Die 9.300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in UKD und Tochterfirmen setzen sich dafür ein, dass jährlich über Patientinnen und Patienten stationär behandelt und ambulant versorgt werden können.     Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für die Klinik für Dermatologie, Privatambulanz zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei

    Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
    oder
    Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerinnen /
    Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
    bzw.
    Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflegerinnen /
    Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d)

    Tätigkeiten:
    • Patientenempfang, -aufnahme und -betreuung in der Privatambulanz und ggf. Weiterführung innerhalb der Hautklinik
    • Mitgestalten bei der Umsetzung der patientenorientierten Pflege
    • Telefondienst (Patientenanfragen und digitale Terminierung)
    • Vorbereiten, ausfüllen und versenden von Formularen (z. B. Rezepten etc.)
    • Unterstützung der Ärzte*innen bei einfachen Prozeduren wie Blutabnahmen und Vorbereitung für klinische Untersuchungen
    • Anwendung und Pflege med. Instrumente, Geräte und Apparate
    • Anforderung von admin. Tätigkeiten
    • Organisation von Patientenakten, digitale Archivierung
    Voraussetzungen:
    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA, GKP, GKKP
    • Dermatologische Kenntnisse wünschenswert
    • Selbstständigkeit, Initiative, Kreativität und Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
    • Fähigkeit mit Belastungen umzugehen
    • Aufgeschlossenheit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen
    • Allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, MS Excel, Outlook)

    Die Vergütung erfolgt nach TV-L in die Entgeltgruppe 6 oder KR7 unter Anrechnung aller Vorzeiten. Der Arbeitsvertrag wird unbefristet geschlossen.

    Der Einsatz in der Dermatologischen Privatambulanz erfolgt zunächst befristet, danach erfolgt evtl. der Einsatz in einem anderen adäquaten Arbeitsbereich

    Ein Einsatz ist befristet bis zum wegen Mutterschutz der Stelleninhaberin.
    Bei Inanspruchnahme von Elternzeit verlängert sich das Arbeitsverhältnis entsprechend.
