- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter Fill & Finish, dem Projektteam, externen Dienstleistern und insbesondere dem Gesamtprojektleiter
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung / Auslegung der Reinräume und Produktionsanlagen unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen bzgl. GMP, Ausfallsicherheit, Kapazität und EHS
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von FATs und SATs
- Begleitung von Qualifizierungen (z.B. PQ) und Validierungen (z.B. Reinigung, Sterilisation) für Anlagen und Geräte sowie Erstellung von SOPs und Risikoanalysen zusammen mit dem Team und externen Dienstleistern
- Durchführung von Schulungen
- Technische Betreuung der Prozessanlagen sowie Projektierung von Upgrades / Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der GMP- und EHS-Compliance der technischen Ausrüstung und deren Einsatzbereitschaft
- Trouble-Shooting, Root-Cause-Analysen sowie Unterstützung der Betriebsabteilung bei der GMP-gerechten Abarbeitung von Abweichungen und Implementierung von CAPA-Maßnahmen und Change-Control-Verfahren
- Erstellung von SOPs, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Risikoanalysen sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-Schulungen
- Auswertung von produktions- und anlagenrelevanten Daten
- Mitwirkung bei FATs, SATs zusammen mit Engineering
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Engineering, EHS, IT sowie Lieferanten
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmatechnik bzw. Ingenieurswissenschaften bevorzugt im Bereich Biotechnologie / Verfahrenstechnik / Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb pharmazeutischer Anlagen bzw. deren Projektierung im Bereich Fill&Finish, idealerweise auch mit Gefriertrocknung
- Gute Kenntnisse pharmazeutischer Herstellungsprozesse, Anlagenqualifizierung und EHS-Anforderungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften (national und international)
- Affinität zu digitalen und innovativen Technologien
- Gute MS-Office und Sharepoint Kenntnisse
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (auch auf internationaler Ebene) sowie exakte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität

Operations Engineer (m/w/d) Fill & FinishZur Position:
Daiichi-Sankyo investiert in eine state-of-the-art Produktionseinheit zur aseptischen Abfüllung und Lyophilisation von hochpotenten, biotechnologisch hergestellten Wirkstoffen im kommerziellen Maßstab. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zukünftigen Operations Engineer mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Fill&Finish und idealerweise Lyophilisation. Sie sollten Spaß daran haben, im Team an der Planung, am Organisationsaufbau und an der Inbetriebnahme des Bereiches zu arbeiten. Nach Abschluss des Projektes übernehmen Sie Verantwortung als Operations Engineer für den neu aufgebauten Bereich.
