    Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Industrial Automation

    What you can expect

  • 'Leitung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Fertigungsanlagen oder -linien
  • Fachliche Führung des internationalen Projektteams und Koordination aller internen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Service) und externen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung der vertrags- und spezifikationskonformen Umsetzung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften unter Berücksichtigung interner Vorgaben sowie erfolgreicher Projektabschluss und Übergabe an den Service
  • Rechtzeitiges Erkennen von drohenden Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsabweichungen sowie schnelle kontrollierte Umsetzung von Änderungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Standardisierung unserer Projektmanagement-Prozesse

    • What we expect

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung
  • und entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Projektmanagementerfahrung in der Automobilindustrie, vorzugsweise im Sondermaschinen-/Anlagenbau
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Ramp-Up Phasen sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Systematische Denk- und Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstarke und eine motivierende Persönlichkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie eine hohe und weltweite Reisebereitschaft rundet Profil ab
