    Responsibilities:

  • You advise the Klüber management and the R&D department
  • You define global standards for R&D controlling and set up a management information and performance indicator system
  • You ensure the profitability of product developments using the target costing approach
  • You ensure project profitability in the long term through transparent, continuous project controlling
  • As a key user for R&D, you support the further development of the company-wide BI/Data Warehouse system
  • You support the cost center managers in the R&D area with their planning
  • As part of Group reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements), you will prepare analyses and comments for the Munich site
  • You carry out profitability analyses and evaluate investments in the R&D area

    • Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, economics or business informatics, alternatively a commercial apprenticeship
  • You ownseveral years of professional experience in operational R&D controlling in an international industrial company
  • You are comfortable and confident working with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
  • You successfully use your analytical and problem-solving skills for conceptual work and the presentation of complex interrelationships
  • Personal initiative, ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas characterize you personally
  • Very good German and good English skills as well as communication skills round off your profile
