Ihre Aufgaben

Risikoorientierte Prüfung und Beurteilung von komplexen Corporates-Finanzierungen (u.a. Bilanzanalysen nationaler/ internationaler Jahresabschlüsse zur umfassenden Bonitäts- und Risikobeurteilung der Kreditnehmer; zukunftsgerichtete Analyse von Geschäftsmodell, Markt und Branche; Analyse von Finanzierungs-Strukturen und Sicherheiten; Entwicklung von Szenario-Analysen)
Erstellung von Ratings und entscheidungsreifen Kreditvorlagen inklusive eigener Votierung
Aktives Begleiten von Kundenstrategien und -gesprächen im Deal Team
Laufende, eigenverantwortliche Risikoüberwachung und Risikofrüherkennung für das verantwortete Portfolio inkl. Entwicklung und Begleitung risikobegrenzender Maßnahmen
Übergeordnete Aufgaben und Projekte der Abteilung und des Bereiches

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL o.Ä.) und/ oder Bankausbildung mit zielgerichteter Weiterbildung
Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Kreditgeschäft, idealerweise in der Kreditanalyse
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten mit ausgeprägtem Risiko- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gutes und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (mind. Level B2)
Entscheidungsstärke, souveränes Auftreten auch in kontroversen Diskussionen und sehr hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Sehr hohes Maß an selbstständiger Arbeitsweise, Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
