    • Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Asset-, Property und Facility Management Mitarbeiter
  • Disziplinarische, fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für zugeordnete Mitarbeiter
  • Ergebnisverantwortlich für das Teilportfolio East
  • Koordination aller anfallenden Arbeiten im Asset-, Property- und Facility Management, sowie die Überwachung und Sicherstellung ordnungsgemäßer und termingerechter Arbeitsabläufe (z.B. termingerechte Betriebskostenabrechnung, Forderungsmanagement, Umsetzung von Mieterhöhungspotenzialen, Erstellung und Anpassung der Businesspläne etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der Übernahme und Integration angekaufter Objekte in das laufende Asset-, Property- und Facility Management in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Objektbudgets und Businesspläne sowie Monitoring der Objektperformance des verantworteten Portfolios
  • Optimierung der Vermietungsstrategie und-steuerung sowie Optimierung des Mieterbesatzes und der Mietvertragslaufzeiten in Abstimmung mit den Asset Managern und dem Leasing Management
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Wertsteigerungspotenzialen, Erweiterung und Modernisierungen
  • Überwachung und Überprüfung der Asset Manager bzgl. der Budgeterstellung, -kontrolle und -steuerung
  • Sicherstellung laufender sowie Ad-hoc Reportings gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Steuerung und Monitoring externer Property Manager und Dienstleister
  • Abstimmung von unternehmensweiten Prozessen und Entscheidungen sowie Reporting auf Geschäftsführungsebene in regelmäßigen Meetings der Geschäftsführungsebene
  • Mitarbeit an wesentlichen Softwareintegrationen zur Optimierung der Reportinganforderungen auf Unternehmensebene
  • Steuerung mehrerer großflächiger immobilienbezogener Projekt- und Bestandsentwicklungen der Region
  • Umsetzung personeller Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung

    • Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Real Estate oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management von Gewerbeimmobilien oder im Asset Management von Gewerbeimmobilien sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Fachkenntnisse: Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit iX-HausKenntnisse der lokalen MietverhältnisseSichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sozialkompetenzen: Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie versiertes und selbstbewusstes AuftretenStrategisch-analytisches und kaufmännisches Denken sowie Verkauf- und VerhandlungsgeschickHohe KommunikationsfähigkeitDurchhalte- und DurchsetzungsvermögenFlexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
