- Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and distributors
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through innovative and proven and methods in B2B sales management
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations, visit customers/sites, negotiate contracts and close deals, leveraging experience, excellent communication, negotiation, know-how and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless sales and support as well as customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in corrosion protection industry globally Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven track record in B2B sales management, ideally industry-related
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- An existing international network in the corrosion protection industry is advantageous
