Die Pflege der Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten als auch die Unterstützung bei Steuer- und SV-Prüfungen liegt ebenfalls in Deinen Händen.
Kommunikationsprofi: Du pflegst den direkten Kontakt mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuerrecht für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden.
Operative Personalarbeit: Von Onboarding bis Offboarding begleitest Du unsere Mitarbeitenden durch ihren Arbeitszyklus.
Sorgfältige Dokumentation: Die revisionssichere Archivierung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen.
Gern bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, die ausgeschriebene Position sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit (mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche) zu besetzen.
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens fünfjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Entgeltabrechnung
Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Abrechnung von unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitergruppen
gute Kenntnisse in einer Payrollsoftware, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
