- Konzeption, Priorisierung, Ausarbeitung und kommerzielle Bewertung neuer Lounges
- Gestaltung der Customer Experience inkl. Food & Beverage Konzepten
- Umsetzungsplanung, Projekt- und Kostenmanagement aller Lufthansa Airlines Lounge-Projekte
- Aktive Steuerung und Monitoring der Einführung von Produkten & Services in Lounges
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen zu Betrieb und zur Experience Qualität in den Partner und Contract Lounges
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Permanente Sicherstellung von Aktualität, Kundenbezug, Marktaktualität, operative Performance sowie Qualitäts- und Kostenmonitoring
- Durchführung aller geschäftlichen Aktivitäten im Verantwortungsbereich im Rahmen der relevanten Richtlinien
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen
- Hochschulstudium (Master), vorzugsweise Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in produktnahen oder Airline spezifischen Bereichen
- Ausgiebige Kenntnisse im Brand- oder Produktmanagement
- Starke Projektleitungskompetenz
- Erfahrung im komplexen Stakeholdermanagement (inkl. Top Management)
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
