    Procurement Manager

    We are hiring for the position of Procurement Manager, based in our office in Berlin.

    You will report to the European Head, Procurement CTS and be responsible for the sourcing of products.

    You will work closely together with our other procurement team representatives and other departments.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Understand product needs across the business and take advantage of synergies to drive sourcing efficiencies within our global supplier network.
    • Propose strategic and innovative procurement solutions for products to be used within a clinical trial.
    • Monitor all allocated RFQ/RFIs
    • Maintain and strengthen our supplier's relations in Europe and ROW
    • Be the primary point of contact and an escalation point for strategic suppliers in Europe.
    • Maintain and develop the vendor management with Key Suppliers
    • Develop and maintain our suppliers and products database.
    • Support internal Project Management, Account Executives, and KAM teams, and ensure sustainable and best value supply chain is in place that can meet current and future needs of the business.
    • Maintain the qualification of approved suppliers and qualify new suppliers when this is needed Support local Quality Manager in supplier qualification and onboarding.
    • Collect, report and monitor KPIs.

    Your profile:

    • You have 2-4 years' proven experience in a Procurement role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • You are results-driven, you can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • You are experienced in working with international organizations and multicultural work environments.
    • You have a network of existing contacts, excellent networking skills, and you are capable to establish strong working relationships with different stakeholders.
    • You can prioritize in a changing landscape.
    • You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Fluent German is an additional advantage.
