    Job Title: Procurement Key Account Manager

    Industry: Wind Energy

    Location: Berlin

    Salary: Up To €110,000 (DOE)

    Piper Maddox is working closely with one of our key accounts (a rapidly growing onshore wind business) to help find someone to lead their procurement function, based out of Berlin. A great opportunity for you to build on the experience you've developed and take ownership of a function for a fast growing IPP that is aiming to build a legacy as a true market leader.

    They are well funded by a multi-billion euro investor and very secure financially, owning 20 wind farms with over 120 turbines, but still small and fast growing. This means that you'll have access to shares in the business and will be able to get involved in other areas of the business - a great way to develop your skill set towards a Director role.

    Their senior leadership team is made up of some industry titans, including the ex-CEO's of EON and Vattenfall, and as they're so small you'll get to work directly alongside them. This means that it's an incredible place to learn and take your career to the next level.

    Your Role

    Your role will entail acting as the primary point of contact for the turbine suppliers, as well as the primary point of knowledge on contracts within the business.

    You'll be a crucial support to all of the other teams in the business, including the investment, development, and asset management departments.

    In turn you'll have support from technical, legal, and commercial functions so that you can focus on the core of your role, including owning the supplier relationships and knowing the contracts you are signing inside out.

    Your Profile

    • 5+ Years Experience as procurement/key account manager inside wind energy developer/IPP
    • Track record in supplier relationship management in the German market
    • Understanding of procurement contracts
    • Native level of German, strong level of English is desired
    • Flexibility to travel around Germany when needed
