- You manage the entire recruiting process; from job posting to contract negotiations until the contract is signed (incl. liaising with our works councils)
- You are responsible for creating the best possible candidate experience and act as ambassador for E.ON Digital Technology ́s culture and values
- You closely collaborate with our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to fully understand their requirements and act as their first go-to-person for all recruiting-related questions
- You know where to find Tech Talent and select the most suitable channels and recruiting measures, including Active Search
- If necessary, you cooperate with service providers, actively steer third party recruitment providers or executive search companies for selected mandates
- You organize and conduct assessment centers/ audits, technical assessments and evaluations
- You are familiar with relevant KPIs and keep track of them in order to deduct necessary measures
- As an expert for diversity topics you foster our open and inclusive company culture in all processes
- You contribute to the company's employer brand by promoting our workplace culture, values, and tech-related initiatives.
- You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Completed University degree, preferably a Master's Degree in HR or a related field
- Several years professional experience in tech recruiting and diagnostics
- Extensive knowledge with recruiting topics such as channel effectiveness, persona targeting, diagnostics, recruiting KPIs and active search
- Experienced in collaborating with works councils, including solid expertise in employment law and collective agreements
- Strong sense of customer orientation
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Accountable, proactive, energetic attitude with the endeavor to always go new paths
- Fluent German and English language skills
