    For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Employee for accounting/dunning (m/f/d).

    Your tasks

    • You process open items (incl. receivables management, dunning, balance reconciliation) and are responsible for account reconciliation and maintenance.
    • In cooperation with our customers (in writing and verbally), you find the causes of late payments and work out solutions, such as payment by instalments.
    • Master data maintenance in the ERP system as well as creditworthiness checks and monitoring of credit limits are also part of your job.
    • You check and process shipping orders on your own responsibility
    • You enjoy identifying risks or process-related weak points and dealing with them - also in teamwork - in order to further ensure the sustainable success of the company.

    Your profile

    • You have completed commercial vocational training and have practical knowledge in the area of receivables management. Alternatively, you are a certified specialist for receivables management.
    • You also convince us with a pronounced service and hands-on mentality.
    • In addition, you have good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally in SAP.
    • In critical situations, you routinely maintain an overview at all times, act in a stress-resistant manner and handle customer concerns satisfactorily for all parties thanks to your reliable and structured way of working.
