    Job DescriptionYour ChallengeADM is strongly committed to Sustaintability, both today and in the future.

    In this context we want to strengthen our team in Hamburg and are looking for a Sustainability Analyst (m/f/d) with excellent consulting skills.

    The primary function of this role is to conduct and manage projects on a variety of challenging assignments related to environmental carbon modeling and reporting.

    The Purpose is to deliver effective, timely and quality Sustaintability support across relevant Sustaintability related projects and business areas.
    Your ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple concurrent consulting projects addressing Life Cycle Assessment, product sustainability strategy, carbon accounting.

    Working knowledge of carbon accounting schemes including product, project, and inventory level accounting from GHG Protocol, Product Environmental Footprint, SBTi, ISO, etc Supporting supply chain emissions calculations using customer data inputs, internal systems and emissions data Conducts data collection, review, compilation, verification, analysis, and reportingAnalysis of manufacturing process data and develop appropriate standards and operating procedures to support the carbon accounting and footprint programCoordinates with internal and external stakeholders on program implementationPerforms other duties as assignedYour Profile​Undergraduate or Master's degree in engineering, science, or related fieldFamiliarity with greenhouse gas emissions accounting and reporting standards such as:

    GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting and Reporting StandardGHG Protocol Product Lifecycle Accounting and Reporting StandardISO 14067 Carbon Product Footprint StandardTCFD Reporting FrameworkPCR guidelines Knowledge and passion for sustainability, environmental systems, life cycle thinking, product sustainability, and/or climate change.

    Strong quantitative or technical background with an excellent aptitude for analytical thinking. Natural curiosity to investigate issues, conduct research, design solutions and translate results into business practices.
    Good oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports. Organized; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as on teams.

    Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Experience with LCA softwareMust have a solid understanding of environmental life cycle analysis and associated tools and systemsFluent in English and German, other languages are valuable.
