Sie interessieren sich für IC-Schaltungsdesign im Bereich Analog-/Mixed-Signal? Als Senior Staff Engineer verstärken Sie unser Analog-Design-Team bei der Entwicklung von nicht-flüchtigen Speichermodulen zur Integration in Microcontroller. In unserem Team haben Sie die Möglichkeit sich als technischer Experte zu etablieren und sich dabei, auch persönlich, auf der perfekt für Sie abgestimmten "Technical Ladder" weiterzuentwickeln: Die "Technical Ladder" ist ein Karrierepfad für alle, die motiviert sind, ihr hohes technisches Verständnis unter Beweis zu stellen, die innovative Ideen mit Kollegen entwickeln, teilen und vorantreiben, über ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeiten verfügen und somit maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg beitragen.Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:
  • Entwicklung von Analog-/Mixed-Signal Schaltungen für embedded, nicht-flüchtige Speicher (NVM)
  • Analoges Schaltungsdesign von integrierten Schaltungen in modernen CMOS-Technologien
  • Selbstständiger Entwurf und Simulation von Modulen wie Operationsverstärker, Spannungsregler, Ladungspumpen, Referenzsysteme, Sense-Amps, etc.
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten für Schaltungsarchitekturen
  • Verifikation der Schaltungen auf Modul- und Systemebene
  • Modellierung des analogen Verhaltens der Sub-Blöcke
  • Dokumentation und Review der Schaltungen und der Verifikationsergebnisse
  • Unterstützung in der Hardware-Analyse
  • Mitwirkung in der Erstellung des Layouts
    • Sie streben danach, gemeinsam mit dem Team bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen und können dabei schnell eine vertrauensvolle, konstruktive Zusammenarbeit etablieren. Sie erkennen und verstehen die grundlegenden Ursachen von Verzögerungen oder Qualitätsmängeln und findet dafür angemessene Lösungen.

    Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen:
  • Einen Abschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Design und Verifikation von Analogschaltungen in modernen CMOS Technologien
  • Kenntnisse über den Aufbau von Memory-/Speicherfeldern von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Verilog-A zur Modellierung der analogen Schaltungsblöcke
  • Kenntnisse in Verilog / Systemverilog zur Beschreibung von Schaltungen
  • Profunde Kenntnisse in Analog-/Mixed-Signal Design-Umgebungen
  • Programmiererfahrung in einer Standardsprache (C, C++, Python)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
