    The successful candidate will lead a team of Auditors and Experts who are performing Medical Device Conformity Assessments based on the requirements of ISO 13485, MDR 745/2017 and MDSAP (amongst others)

    Key tasks for the Team Leader:

  • Disciplinary leadership of Auditors and Experts
  • Ensure an efficient & consistent delivery of services in line with customer expectations
  • Optimize business performance through service delivery aligned to the annual operating plan
  • Build and strengthen an internal culture based on DNV values
  • Ensure that employees have the required technical competences and qualifications
  • Manage the performance and individual development of direct reports
  • Report to the Head of Auditing

    Position Qualifications:

  • An academic degree in Engineering, Medicine or Science
  • Relevant work experience in the regulatory environment of ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP or ISO/IEC
  • We hire for mindset Forward-thinking mindset and an understanding of the Notified Body environment
  • Highly developed communication skills (German and English)
  • A pragmatic working style: Understanding the big picture while being able to dive into the detail
  • Experienced in setting up and developing new systems or processes
