Als (Junior) Consultant Restructuring und Turnaround Management (w/m/d) ermittelst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team ungenutzte Potentiale. Es erwarten Dich anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Projekte vom Turnaround Management und der Umsetzung von Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen bis hin zur Abwicklung von Insolvenzverfahren.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Um bei uns (Junior) Consultant (w/m/d) Restructuring und Turnaround Management zu werden, hast Du Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Idealerweise hast Du den Schwerpunkt auf einen der folgenden Bereiche gelegt: Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Management und Organisation oder Insolvenzrecht.
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder im Bereich Corporate Finance / Controlling mit.
  • Deutsch beherrschst Du auf C1-Niveau und Englisch auf B2-Niveau.
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit, um unsere Kund:innen auch vor Ort beraten zu können.
    • Dein Profil

    Du willst mit Deiner Arbeit das Vertrauen der Stakeholder:innen in ihr Unternehmen wiederherstellen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Unternehmensanalysen für Sanierungskonzepte (IDW S6), Liquiditätsplanungen und Fortbestehensprognosen.
  • Du bereitest selbstständig finanz- und leistungswirtschaftliche Zahlen auf und wirkst sowohl bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Situation als auch bei der Identifizierung von Kostenpotentialen und Effizienzsteigerungsmaßnahmen mit.
  • Darüber hinaus setzt Du Dein analytisches Denkvermögen bei der eigenverantwortlichen Plausibilisierung von bestehenden Unternehmensplanungen sowie bei der Entwicklung integrierter Planungsmodelle (Financial Modelling) ein.
  • Eigeninitiative zeigst Du bei der Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
  • Die Mitarbeit an der Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die Erstellung von Präsentationen.
