    What you'll do

    • With your comprehensive understanding of the market, you'll develop the overall marketing strategy for Sky DE (Sky & WOW) as part of the planning process on an annual and quarterly basis - you'll be in close dialogue with Media Strategy and provide strategic input
    • You'll independently create strategic presentations and present them to the senior management
    • You'll define a clear consumer segmentation strategy for the German market, taking into account consumer needs, brand perception and target group approach
    • Coordinating and collaborating with leadership, media strategy and marketing teams of both brands for all responsibilities is part of your daily business - also providing strategic inputs to develop customised solutions for Sky DE is part of your tasks
    • In your role, you'll keep an eye on consumer dynamics, market information and SoV forecasts and are involved in the current business development
    • You'll analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across all communication channels and develop learnings and recommendations for action based on this every quarter
    What you'll bring
    • You've a university degree and at least 5-6 years of professional experience preferably in marketing and/or strategy as well as experience in project management. An analytical background with a preference for working conceptually and strategically is a plus
    • Your professional experience has enabled you to quickly grasp complex interrelationships, break them down to the essentials and make insight-based, strategic deductions from them
    • You're a secure communicator and ensure that key internal stakeholders are always involved and on board
    • You're characterised by an analytical, solution-oriented, structured and pragmatic way of working - you work carefully, reliably and independently, proactively driving projects and tasks forward - you also give presentations in English and German with confidence
    • You're a team player (m/f/d), motivated, flexible and open to new approaches and approaches
    • Good English skills round off your profile
