- Install machines at new customers' sites, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Provide on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and equipment repair.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers' technical issues.
- Conduct online and telephone troubleshooting of hardware and software technical problems.
- Assist in providing technical support at 3D Printing Industry exhibitions.
- Embrace extensive travel, with over 50% of your time spent on the road.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly with Metal 3D Printing machines.
- Proficiency in computer hardware/software setup.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally within Europe.
