    Was erwartet dich?

    • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die strategischen und operativen Ziele unserer externen Produktionsstätten, um Qualität, Kosten und Liefererfüllung erfolgreich zu gewährleisten
    • Du leitest die externen Fertigungseinheiten, indem du sowohl interne Mitarbeiter:innen als auch Mitarbeiter:innen der Lieferantenfirmen betreust
    • Du arbeitest eng mit den internen Abteilungen der Fertigungsplanung, des Einkaufs, der Logistik, der Qualität sowie der eigenen Werke zusammen, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und optimale Ergebnisse sicherzustellen
    • Du koordinierst außerdem den Austausch sämtlicher relevanter Informationen zwischen den Bereichen, dabei hast du stets die Interessen von uns im Blick
    • Du trägst auch dazu bei, die unsere Organisation vor möglichen Schäden an geistigem Eigentum zu schützen, indem du sorgfältig auf die Einhaltung aller geltenden Richtlinien achtest
    • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Budget- und Personalplanung der externen Standorte sowie die Verhandlung und Nachverhandlung der Kooperationsverträge mit den externen Lieferanten, darüber hinaus überwachst du die Einhaltung der Kosten, die Qualität der Auslieferung und die Liefertreue der Lieferanten

    Was solltest du mitbringen?

    • Du kannst ein mindestens 4-jähriges fachspezifisches Hochschulstudium nachweisen, am besten mit einer zusätzlichen Qualifikation, ggf. auch Promotion
    • Du bringst über 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Operationsbereich mit, ergänzend dazu besitzt du Erfahrungswerte in der Fertigung, Qualität und Logistik
    • Du besitzt ein gutes technisches und analytisches Verständnis sowie auch Werkstattfertigungs-Knowhow, erste Erfahrungswerte im Contract Manufacturing und Einkauf sind ein Plus aber kein Muss
    • Du überzeugst durch eine Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 50 %
    • Du solltest für diese Rolle kommunikativ, strukturiert, analytisch und verhandlungsstark sein
    • Du zeichnest dich durch deine offene und wertschätzende Art, sowie auch deine Führungserfahrung aus
    • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch und kannst dich ohne Probleme auch über fachliche Themen unterhalten
