- You are responsible for the professional organization of the CFO's office and support the CFO in all organizational and administrative matters in day-to-day business.
- You will organize the CFO's appointments to ensure a smooth daily routine.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing company-relevant processes.
- You will plan and organize travel, and travel expense accounting for the Executive Board
- You will confidently manage communication and coordination with internal and external contacts in German and English
- You are also be responsible for the independent organization of internal and external meetings, as well as the preparation and follow-up of various committee and supervisory board meetings.
- You have completed an apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, preferably with relevant additional training
- You have professional experience in a large consulting company as a secretary at management level or as a board secretary in a publicly traded company
- You are characterized by organizational skills and stress resistance combined with strong interpersonal skills
- You work with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Reliability, discretion, and loyalty are a given.
- Very good MS Office skills are mandatory
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You will work in a modern and international environment in a cooperative team
