- Unterstützung der Handwerker bei technischen Fragen für den spezifischen Betriebsbereich (Bereichsbetreuung)
- Festlegung des Arbeitsumfangs sowie Erstellung und Priorisierung von technisch komplexen Arbeitsaufträgen, die techn. Spezialwissen erfordern, in Abstimmung mit dem Produktionsteam
- Unterstützung bei der Störungsbeseitigung bei ungeplanten Anlagenausfällen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von wiederkehrenden (regulatorischen und gesetzlichen) Prüfungen (z.B. BetrSichV, SüwVO, AwsV, DGRL, Brandschutz, interne Richtlinien)
- Planung und Umsetzung von geplanten technischen Betriebsstillständen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Turnaround Manager
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege der technischen Anlagendokumentation
- Verantwortung für die Spezifikation und Beschaffung von Sonderersatzteilen zur Erhöhung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit sowie des langfristigen Erhalts der Anlagensubstanz in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsingenieur (Reliability)
- Inhaltliche Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Wartungs- und Wiederholarbeitsplänen zur vorbeugenden Instandhaltung
- Planung und Umsetzung von Anlagenänderungen (z.B. aus MOC-Prozess, HAZOP Maßnahmen)
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von CAPEX-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozess- und Projektingenieuren
- Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen mit dem Produktionsteam (RCA)
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Sicherheitsbetrachtungen (HAZOP)
- Mithilfe bei der Bewertung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Ausbildung zum Techniker Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Meister Industriemechanik oder gleichwertig mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im operativen Umfeld der Instandhaltung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Partnerfirmenbeauftragung wünschenswert
- Befähigte Person bzgl. Betriebssicherheitsverordnung Gefahrenfeld Druck
- Sichere Kenntnis der Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Anlagensicherheit und Umweltschutz
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstorganisation
