    Your TasksLeading the standardization of different country accounting processes in the Accounts Payable context in our Shared Service Centers in Barcelona and Ingolstadt.

    This includes challenging the status quo, organizing and moderating workshops as well as creating decision templates and presentations based upon themReview AP processes still performed in the countries to evaluate their compatibility for a GBS-transition.

    This also includes defining reliable timelines for the transition together with IT product teams and operational colleagues as well as "translating" the functional requirements for IT developersContinuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes based on the development of a target process and the supervision of the conceptual implementation up to a successful go-liveAnalysis of impact of new business models on Accounts Payable processes and coordinate their implementation involving all relevant stakeholdersMaintain and constantly update the Accounts Payable Process Map based on a standard taxonomy in alignment with other Process Owner TeamsEnsure complete documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes in flowcharts following our governance principlesYour ProfileYou have successfully completed a degree in economic studies and have gained several years of professional experience in a finance and accounting environment, ideally in a Shared Service Center OrganizationYou have practical experience in process optimization in an international contextYou have already taken on responsibility in project work and have been able to demonstrate your structured and analytical way of workingYou have an affinity for accounting as well as for IT, i.e.

    you understand accounting and system-related contextsYour good communication skills help you to find a common solution with colleagues from different departmentsYou are a teamplayer (m/f/d) – characterized by your pragmatic approach to tasks and a "do-it" mentalityYou have a very good command of German and English, knowledge in Spanish is an advantageAbout UsThe department Process Management is established in the Global Business Services organization (GBS) as an internal consultant for the continuous improvement of our processes - especially in combination with tools for digitalization.
