    Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

    Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestalten Sie den Wandel bei LAPP mit und sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung aller Themen rund um die Rahmenbedingungen zur Gestaltung der Organisation bei LAPP. Dazu gehören unter anderem
    • Richtlinien und Entwürfe für unsere Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation
    • Beobachtung und Bewertung von Trends in der Organisationsgestaltung, z.B. für neue Organisationsformen und deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Unternehmen
    • Analyse und Bewertung unserer Organisationsstrukturen aus HR-Sicht
    • Sie beraten unsere Fachbereiche und Personalfunktionen bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisations- und Führungsstrukturen und stellen Ihr praxisorientiertes Know-how in eigenen Projekten unter Beweis
    • Konzeption, Durchführung und Moderation diverser Workshops
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personalentwicklung, Culture & Change und anderen HR-Bereichen

    Das zeichnet Sie aus

    Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Organisationsentwicklung und sind motiviert, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, um Organisationen effektiver, effizienter und erfolgreicher zu machen
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal- oder Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung oder im Organisationsdesign
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Einführung mehrdimensionaler Organisationsformen (z.B. Matrix)
    • Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung oder Culture & Change
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Selbstbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die ihre Ziele mit spürbarer Leidenschaft, hohem Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung verfolgt
