Starte als Risk Administrator (m/w/d) Sachbearbeitung Risikomanagement Reporting.

Aufgaben

In unserer Abteilung Risikomanagement an unserem Standort Düsseldorf hast du Freude daran, deine Expertise einzubringen und unser Team zu verstärken. Du unterstützt den Auslagerungsbeauftragten bei folgenden Aufgaben:

Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung eines angemessenen Auslagerungsmanagements i.S.d. AT 9 Tz. 12 MaRisk und entsprechender Kontroll- und Überwachungsprozesse
Turnusmäßige Überprüfung der aktuellen Prozesse und der damit zusammenhängenden schriftlich fixierten Ordnung in Bezug auf Auslagerungen, um den Vorgaben des AT 5 MaRisk zu genügen
Erstellung und Pflege einer vollständigen Dokumentation der Auslagerungen
Koordination und Überprüfung der durch die zuständigen Bereiche durchgeführten Risikoanalysen entsprechend § 25b Abs. 1 KWG
Mitwirkung an der Vertragsgestaltung bei neuen Auslagerungsvorhaben

Darüber hinaus übernimmst du:

Unabhängige Überwachung und Kommunikation der Insurance Risiken einschließlich der Berichterstattung zur Risikosituation sowie ggf. weiterer Risiken
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse zum Melde- und Anzeigewesen sowie Durchführung der Meldungen insbesondere nach § 11 KWG und Anzeigen nach § 24 KWG

Profil

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium
Know-how von relevanten aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorschriften, gemäß KWG, MaRisk sowie weiteren relevanten Veröffentlichungen von EZB/BaFin/Deutsche Bundesbank
Erfahrung mit aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldeprozessen, insbesondere Millionenkredite und Anzeigen gemäß § 24 KWG
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse bei der Überwachung von Auslagerungen gemäß AT 9 der MaRisk
Praxis in der Identifikation, Messung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung von Risiken in Finanzdienstleistungsinstituten
Basiswissen von der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Souveränen Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
