- Gemeinsam bauen wir unsere neue, vollautomatisierte 300 mm Halbleiterfertigung in Dresden weiter aus, setzen neue Technologien um und optimieren die Produktion sowie interne Prozesse.
- Als Specialist Manufacturing Execution System gestalten Sie neue funktionale Anforderungen und Fertigungsszenarien im Zusammenspiel mit dem MES.
- Gemeinsam mit ihrem Team übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für alle relevanten Themen rund um unser MES-System sowie angrenzender Applikationen, wie das Rezeptmanagement System.
- Auf Basis von Kundenwünschen sowie eigenen Ideen identifizieren sie relevante Requirements, entwerfen Interaktionsszenarien und -mechanismen innerhalb des MES sowie mit angrenzenden Applikationen und setzen diese federführend um.
- Sie haben einen starken Fokus auf Stabilität und Robustheit. Auftretende Probleme analysieren Sie selbstständig, leiten geeignete Maßnahmen ab und setzen diese inkl. Tests und Dokumentation verantwortungsvoll um.
- Im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses denken Sie auch zu erwartende Schwachstellen und Nutzerfehler voraus und implementieren proaktiv geeignete Verhinderungsmaßnahmen.
- Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: fachliche Expertise in einer modernen MES-Systemlandschaft (R2R/SPC/FDC/RMS/DWH, usw. ...) und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Halbleiterfertigung sind wünschenswert; Erfahrungen in der Analyse von Requirements und im Lösungsdesign; grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in Javascript und SQL
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Motivation und Belastbarkeit; Sie kommunizieren gern und arbeiten stets selbstständig, zuverlässig sowie ergebnis- und qualitätsorientiert
- Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
