    Wir suchen genau Dich, als Profi mit kühlem Kopf für die Betreuung unserer Anwendung Dynamics 365 im Zusammenhang mit personalwirtschaftlichen sowie debitorischen Sachverhalten aus der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Als echte/r Teamplayer unterstützt Du Deine Kollegen als KeyUser für unser Abrechnungssystem und hebst mit Deiner lösungsorientieren Herangehensweise die Nutzung unseres Systems auf ein nächstes Level. Wenn Du ein IT-affiner Spezialist im Bereich Abrechnung bist und/oder Erfahrung im Bereich Administration/Customizing am Dynamics 365 sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die Umsetzung von personalwirtschaftlichen/ debitorischen Thematiken im Abrechnungssystem besitzt, freuen wir uns über Deine BewerbungBereit, wenn Du es bist JOIN THE THE TEAM ORIZON

    Was Sie erwartet:

    - Fachliche Definition und Interpretation von personalwirtschaftlichen sowie debitorischen Sachverhalten in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung- Teilweise eigenständige Umsetzung und Anpassung von Sachverhalten auf Basis der Vereinbarungen in D365- Koordination von Umsetzung der Sachverhalte zusammen mit unserem IT- Dienstleister- Unterstützung der Kollegen in der Nutzung unseres Systems als Key User - Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Betreuung eines zugeordneten Bereichs in der Faktura sowie Bruttoentgeltfindung- Organisation und Ausführung von Tests & Trainings- Übernahme von spannenden Projekten oder Teilprojekten

    Was Sie mitbringen:

    - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium aus den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik- Erfahrung im Bereich Abrechnung, wünschenswert aus der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung- Erfahrung im Bereich Customizing/ Anpassung von Standardsoftware - wünschenswert Dynamics 365- Erfahrung in der Anwendungsbetreuung von Entgelt- und Dienstplansystemen- Wünschenswerte sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Tarif-, Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuer Recht- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit- Herausfordernde Einhaltung von Terminen mittels Struktur, Klarheit sowie Lösungsorientierung
