    Deine Rolle

  • Du agierst als Prozessexperte im Supply Chain Management (Beschaffung, Lagerwirtschaft und Produktionsplanung)
  • Du stellst die Durchführung von Prozessanalysen sicher, Du ermittelst Prozesskennzahlen und bewertest Optimierungspotentiale, die zu Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die SC-Leitung und die Geschäftsführung führen
  • Du bist aktiv an der Entwicklung, Einführung und Begleitung von Prozessoptimierungsprojekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management beteiligt und kennst Dich mit der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von (Teil-) Projekten zur Steigerung der Effizienz einzelner Prozessabläufe entlang der Wertschöpfungskette aus
  • Dabei fällt auch die Anpassung der Prozessdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen Process-Owner-Organisation in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Die aktive Begleitung des Changemanagements in den Teams ist für Dich eine spannende Herausforderung
  • Du möchtest bei der Umsetzung von Prozessdigitalisierungsprojekten im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie mitwirken
  • Du baust Dir ein cross-funktionales und internationales Netzwerk innerhalb unserer Business Unit auf und entwickelst so ein Verständnis für die EMEA-Prozesslandschaft

    • Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain/Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Du konntest mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management – Planung / Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld sammeln
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessanalyse und -planung, Projekt- und Lean Management
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Change Management und besitzt Leadership-Qualitäten
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Du kannst Dich problemlos auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Du besitzt eine gültige europäische Arbeitserlaubnis
