    Wir suchen derzeit einen erfahrenen Facilities Coordinator (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des lokalen Teams. Da die Rolle Empfangstätigkeiten an unserem Standort in München beinhaltet, ist Home Office leider nicht möglich.

    Über das Team:

    Das DACH Facilities Team besteht aus 5 Personen und kümmert sich um sämtliche Belange, die im Zusammenhang mit den lokalen Offices stehen, u.a. Gebäudemanagement, (Arbeits-)Sicherheit, Dienstleisterbetreuung.

    Was Du tun wirst:

    • Verantwortlich für die Koordination von Facility-Angelegenheiten für die Unternehmensstandorte in München (vor Ort), Nürnberg und Graz (jeweils remote)
    • Verantwortlich für den Empfang am Münchner Standort, u.a. Veranstaltungsmanagement, Postein- und -ausgang, Verwaltung von Mitarbeiter- und Besucherausweisen und diverse Bestellungen
    • Koordination von Serviceanfragen (u.a. Verkabelung, Beleuchtung, Elektrik, Videokonferenzen) und Reparaturen durch Lieferanten
    • Verwaltungsaufgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem Onboarding von Mitarbeitern und Auftragnehmern, Änderungsanträgen und Arbeitsaufträgen
    • Begleitung von Compliance-Audits
    • Suche neuer Dienstleister/Dienstleistungen, Ausrüstung und/oder Materialien für die Abteilung. Führen von Inventarlisten des Anlagevermögens und Büroausstattung
    • Unterstützung bei der Budgeterstellung

    Was Du mitbringst:

    • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Facility/ Office Management
    • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (wünschenswert)
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, z. B. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und English
    • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise (u.a. Fähigkeit, sich an wechselnde Prioritäten anzupassen und Fristen einzuhalten)
    • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten
    • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
