- Du arbeitest mit dem Transformationsteam bei der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Cultural Change Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Unternehmenstransformation
- Dabei hast Du die Chance Teilprojekte und -aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu managen und umzusetzen
- Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des Performance Managements Models sowie die Durchführung der Performance Dialoge mit dem Management
- Du erstellst interne Reports und aussagekräftige Präsentationen für die Management-Ebene
- Bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Terminen mit der Geschäfts- und Bereichsleitung unterstützt Du ebenfalls
- Du absolvierst derzeit ein wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Idealerweise bringst du theoretische Kenntnisse und erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung mit
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse in Excel und Powerpoint
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, integrierst Dich schnell in ein dynamisches Team und hast Lust Dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend (C2)
