- Sie konzipieren technische Lösungen, erstellen Systemdesigns und setzen Anforderungen der internen Kunden um, einschließlich Störungsbehebungen im ServiceNow-Produktmanagement.
- Wir benötigen Unterstützung in den Modulen ITSM und ITOM sowie in den Funktionen der Plattform (CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Schnittstellen usw.).
- Sie führen Systemkonfigurationen und Anpassungen nach Kundenwunsch im ServiceNow durch und arbeiten an der Entwicklung von Client- und Server-seitigen JavaScripts sowie Service Portalen (UI-Design).
- Sie implementieren Schnittstellen- und Integrationsanforderungen und dokumentieren alle Änderungen sorgfältig, um eine nachhaltige Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
- Sie bringen proaktiv Ideen und Anforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools ein.
- Unsere Toolsuite umfasst ein Configuration Management System, ein Lizenzverwaltungstool, eine Servicemanagement Suite, Event Management Plattformen sowie Tools für das Identity & Access Management.
- Sie haben Ihr Studium z. B. in Informatik oder im MINT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder stehen kurz davor. Auch Quereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen.
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung und haben Fachwissen zu verschiedenen ITIL-Prozessen sowie relevanten Methoden zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Applikationen erworben. Besonders wichtig sind Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen mit ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS und einer weiteren Programmiersprache wie z. B. Java oder C#, Praxiserfahrung mit REST/SOAP oder anderen Schnittstellen sowie Datenbankkenntnisse.
- Sie sind es gewohnt, in agilen Teams und Projekten (auf Deutsch und Englisch) zu arbeiten und konnten Ihre Zielorientierung, Ihr Organisationsvermögen und Ihre konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen.
- Sie überzeugen andere mit Ihren Ideen und können analytisch an die Problemlösung herangehen.
