    Wir suchen einen Praktikant (w/m/d) A&R Recorded Music zur Unterstützung unseres Publishing Teams in Berlin für 6 Monate. Als Praktikant:in wirst du aktiv in die Akquise neuer Künstler*innen-Projekte eingebunden und begleitest die Entstehung von Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Marketing Abteilung.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherche, Aufbereitung und Erarbeitung von Präsentationen für und über Künstler*innen
  • Erstellung von Kampagnenbudgets und Sales Forecasts
  • Kreative Auseinandersetzung mit Künstler*innen-Projekten und -Kampagnen
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Reportings

  • Gute Studienleistungen und einen Bezug zum Musik Business, vorzugsweise Management- oder Label-Erfahrung
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit Excel und Powerpoint
  • Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationsstärke und Projektmanagementskills
  • Ein Grundverständnis eines Musiklabels und den dazugehörigen Prozessen ist wünschenswert
