We are a young corporate joint venture operating at the exciting intersection of automotive, media and tech.

Together with our renowned partners, we have set ourselves the goal of making the international automotive aftermarket fit for the challenges of today and tomorrow.

In doing so, we rely on the collaboration of experts from different fields to develop unique solutions.

Tasks

  • You are our organizational head: for our growing and young team, you make sure that our employees feel comfortable and that nothing stands in the way of a productive working day from processing mail or procuring work equipment to creating and keeping track of minutes and organizing our team weeks.
  • Administrative support: You take over HR and accounting tasks in cooperation with our external service providers. You coordinate business trips, handle travel expenses, and check invoices.

Contract management:

Assist with the administration of assigned contracts and related submittals, Coordinate the preparation of assigned documentation through the internal approval process, and monitor contract submittals to ensure timely and coordinated responses, as well as compliance with terms and conditions.


Requirements:


What you contribute and enjoy:


  • You completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
  • You enjoy dealing with people, are serviceoriented, have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You thrive in contributing to the development of a young and ambitious company.
  • You like to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have the ability and the mindset to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
  • And you have strong problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.

A big plus:


  • You show previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or managing directors.
  • You have a proficiency in office software and other modern IT tools (Google Suite, Notion, etc.).
