You'll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

YOUR TEAM:

For the department "Digital HR, Processes & Payroll" we are looking for an intern. Our team is responsible for HR Digitalization. The work here is organized in agile product teams in order to offer flexible and customer-oriented services.

Each team serves as a tandem and is staffed by one technical and one functional specialist to come up with highly efficient solutions for our domain and CARIAD overall.


Our goals are to have highly efficient HR products in place by aligning digital HR solutions and HR processes within CARIAD and its subsidiaries; to enable data-based HR decisions through optimized data solutions and by pushing for data-driven decisions; to harmonize the HR systems landscape by reducing its complexity with tech tools embedded in a cloud eco-system; and finally to digitally enable HR staff to provide tech solutions to peers.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Work in HR digitalization projects in order to offer digital solutions for users within the entire company
  • Support the communication of our digitalization efforts.
  • Work on concepts for HR pilot projects
  • Support in the design of our HR systems landscape and our general digitization strategy
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams across countries and external service providers.
  • Support in the presentation of projects and their progress in committees.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Enrolled student in the area of Human Resources, Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • First hand experience in project management.
  • High motivation and performance driven mindset.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Organised and good working structure
  • Team player who enjoys working with others
  • Strong communication skills in English and German

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • 35hour week
