    Aufgabenbereich
    In dieser Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die Steuerung von Prozessen und Beziehungen im Zusammenhang mit der Preisgestaltung, Beschaffung, Lieferung und Unterstützung von Waren und Dienstleistungen. Du stimmst dich mit internen und externen Kunden ab, um den Beschaffungsbedarf zu ermitteln und Lieferquellen zu erschließen. Du prüfst Angebote auf inhaltliche Details und stellst sicher, dass diese internen Standards und Richtlinien entsprechen.

    Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl von und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten, um die besten Preise und wettbewerbsfähige Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen zu erzielen, und stellst sicher, dass Einkäufe innerhalb des Budgets und des Zeitplans bleiben. Darüber hinaus bist du für die Erstellung von Reportings zuständig, die verschiedene Beschaffungsdaten wie Bestellanforderungen, Bestellungen, Lieferantenbeziehungen und andere allgemeine Unterlagen verwenden.

    Mindestqualifikationen:
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im genannten Aufgabenspektrum
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:
  • Erfahrung in der Berichterstattung und Analyse der Lieferkette
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, BWL, o.ä.
