Beschreibung
Looking for a Bid Manager on behalf of a global leading submarine cable and equipment player, who will take charge of submarine cable biddings especially in the Dynamic cable and Umbilical cable.
About Our Client:
With steady and fast growing, has developed a diversified portfolio for telecomunications, new energy, marine system and other industrial products and solutions. Devoted to become the global leading player in the specialised field.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Participate in meetings with external experts and subcontractors, and participate in program evaluation and selection;
2) Decompose the bid document, clarify the scope of work, formulate the bidding timeline and key milestone, identify the resources required for bidding, set up a project bidding team, organize pre-bid meetings, and assign bidding tasks;
3) Control the bidding progress, control the execution risks in the bidding stage, and organize regular bidding progress meetings and brain storm discussions;
4) Prepare bidding documents; review and integrate bidding plan documents prepared by other departments, and control the quality, completeness and consistency of the plans;
5) Responsible for organizing and coordinating the clarification, plan presentation, and updates of multiple rounds of quotations/tenders during the bidding process.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from a relevant Marine engineering, electrical and other majors.
2. At least 10 years experience in the submarine cable field, solid knowledge of Dynamic cable and Umbilical cable.
3. If have willingness to relocate in China to support the global business development is a preference.
