- Implementation of regulatory requirements in the areas of supervisory law, anti-money laundering law and compliance and data protection
- Carrying out KYC/ABC checks of contractual partners, in particular of investors and contractual partners in the purchase/course of investment objects
- Examination of potential conflicts of interest, outsourcing and donations
- Collaboration in the development of legal know-how in the legal and compliance department
- Creation and updating of company policies and processes
- Control compliance with internal processes and company policies
- Compliance with and documentation of the asset management company's reporting obligations
- Support for internal audits, audits of annual financial statements and audits
- Collaboration in the preparation, review and administration of contracts, resolutions and other legal documents in English / German
- Assumption of tasks in the area of investor onboarding and committee management
- Degree in economics or law or comparable training (e.g. paralegal and notary clerk)
- Due to your several years of legal professional experience, you have in-depth knowledge in the field of compliance and/or law
- Very good knowledge of the English language is required
- You have a high level of social skills, the ability to work in a team, reliability and discretion
