    NIO House Specialist (m/f/x)

    Was Dich erwartet

    • Der Aufgabenbereich des NIO House Specialist umfasst ein breites Spektrum an Verantwortlichkeiten, einschließlich Kundenservice, Eventmanagement, community Engagement und operative Unterstützung, die alle darauf abzielen, ein positives und unvergessliches Erlebnis für Besucher des NIO Houses zu schaffen und gleichzeitig die NIO Marke und Werte zu promoten, proaktiv Leads aufzunehmen und zu generieren, sowie den lokalen Sales Bereich zu unterstützen.
    • Unterstützung, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Betreuung und Follow-up von Veranstaltungen (im Haus als auch Outbound) mit potenziellen, relevanten und interessanten Anbietern, um lokal relevante und inspirierende Veranstaltungen und spannende, integrative Momente zu schaffen, gemäß dem festgelegten Zielen und Budgets.
    • Handeln als NIO-Repräsentant, Netzwerker und Produktexperte
    • Beherrschung von IT-Business-Programmen
    • Begrüßung und Betreuung von Gästen, exzellenter Service
    • Begeistere unsere Besucher zu den Themen Mobilität und Nachhaltigkeit
    • Betreuung des NIO Cafes, inkl. Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie Zubereitung verschiedener Kaffeespezialitäten, Tee und anderen heißen und kalten Getränken
    • Durchführung von Hausveranstaltungen, inkl. Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungsorten, einschließlich der Dekoration, Tischsetzung und Anordnung von Bestuhlung
    • Betreuung der Gäste und Gewährleistung einer exzellenten Kundenerfahrung während der gesamten Veranstaltung
    • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie von Vorschriften in Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
    • Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen bei administrativen Aufgaben
    • Entwicklung neuer Ideen zur Unterhaltung der Gäste

    • Du verstehst die Anliegen unserer Nutzer und legst den Fokus auf Service und Qualität

    • Du kannst mit typischen IT-Anwendungen umgehen (z.B. MS Office)
