    We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Principal to oversee one of our most impactful partnerships in the DACH region. Via's technology platform powers WirMobil, the transport service for those with special mobility needs in Berlin. This is an individual contributor role for someone who is eager to roll-up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty while truly shaping strategy, P&L and our long-term relationship with our partner.

    Please note this role is also posted as Associate General Manager.

    What You'll Do:

  • Own the P&L for our service and deliver on financial goals while meeting SLAs
  • Define strategies with the Operations team to balance service quality and operational excellence
  • Drive strategic conversations with the partner and other external stakeholders to shape the future of our service
  • Work closely with teams across Via (e.g. Strategy, Operations, Algorithm and Product) to increase scalability and bring our service to the next level
  • Support special projects in different areas as needed to address current challenges
  • Lead and mentor your colleagues and foster a collaborative culture across the organization

  • Informed by experience: you have 4+ years of experience to guide you, ideally in a partner facing role

  • Salary range: €70,000 to €80,000 a year plus stock options. Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
