- Sie tragen dazu bei, das Kooperationsprojekt gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Stakeholdern (v.a. Bundesagentur für Arbeit, IHKs, AHKs, IHK FOSA) erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Sie verantworten die Organisation von Terminen, Workshops sowie Veranstaltungen und unterstützen diese inhaltlich.
- Sie verantworten die Umsetzung eines IT-gestützten Projektmonitorings, welches als Basis für Berichtssystem und Evaluation fungiert.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Verwaltung einer sach- und fachgerechten Mittelverwendung im Projekt.
- Sie übernehmen sowohl die Administration und Pflege von projektbezogenen Unterlagen als auch den intensiven Kontakt mit den relevanten Akteuren. Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, einen Abschluss der höheren Berufsbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium.
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen im Projektcontrolling gesammelt und ggf. auch bereits Berührung mit öffentlich finanzierten Projekten.
- Insbesondere verfügen Sie über sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS-Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Videokonferenzen bzw. Webinaren.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und wissen eigenverantwortliches und kooperatives Arbeiten in flachen Hierarchien zu schätzen. Was bieten wir Ihnen?
