- Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung zum Teil komplexer arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Praxisnahe Beratung und serviceorientierte Unterstützung der verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche in betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen und sonstigen arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen (Europäischer Betriebsrat, Konzernbetriebsrat sowie lokale Betriebsräte)
- Selbständige Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen (auf Konzern-, Unternehmens- bzw. Betriebsebene)
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung personalwirtschaftlicher Projekte
- Arbeitsrechtliche Begleitung verschiedener, auch internationaler Projekte, insbesondere Restrukturierungen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Rechtswissenschaften mit erfolgreichem Abschluss des 1. und 2. Staatsexamens (mindestens mit der Note "befriedigend") oder vergleichbar
- Einschlägige mehrjährige arbeitsrechtliche Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei, einem Unternehmen oder einer Beratung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
- Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur fachübergreifenden, konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, geprägt von unternehmerischem Denken
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

Zudem pflegen Sie eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen und verhandeln eigenständig Betriebsvereinbarungen.
