We are on a mission to build an innovative house of brands.

YOUR ROLE
You will be the main function in all tax related activities within Razor Group.

You will have a professional and motivated team under you, with whom you will master even the most difficult matters hand in hand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing and improving groupwide tax planning and optimization
Disciplinary and technical management of the tax team
Expansion of the global tax compliance management system
Continuously developing the transfer pricing policy within the group with special consideration of the latest OECD guidelines
Selecting and coordinating external consultants
Cooperating with auditors and external third parties on tax issues
Communicating and coordinating with tax authorities
Supporting in national and international tax audits and appeal proceedings
Implementation of crossdepartmental projects with reference to tax

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

Have successfully completed a degree in taxation, business administration, law, or a similar background and have a successfully passed tax consultant exam
Have 8+ years of relevant professional and management experience in the tax department of an international, fastgrowing company as a key tax person, whereby previous work in a Big Four consulting firm is a plus
Are a passionate team leader with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience
Are fluent in English,
German is mandatory
