- Sie sind zuständig für die numerische Absicherung von thermodynamischen Prozessen an einem Wasserstoffspeichersystem und dessen Komponenten, insbesondere für die Bewertung und Absicherung von Entnahme-, Betankungsprozessen und -protokollen im Bereich 700 bar Hochdruck.
- Sie führen thermodynamische Simulationen durch und plausibilisieren diese, zusätzlich erstellen Sie automatisierte Auswertungen.
- Der Aufbau und die Modifikation von 3D-CFD-Modellen sowie 1D-Systemmodellen fallen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
- Sie erstellen Präsentationen, dokumentieren Ergebnisse und stellen diese in Gremien vor. Zudem erstellen Sie Handlungs- und Freigabeempfehlungen.
- Die Planung und Durchführung von Validierungen von Simulationsmethoden sowie die Mitarbeit bei der Validierung von Versuchsmethoden obliegt Ihnen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Produktentwicklung (v. a. Gassystem und Funktionsentwicklung für die Steuergerätentwicklung) und Testing zusammen.
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der virtuellen Entwicklung mit Siemens STAR-CCM+, AMESIM und Ansys, idealerweise im Bereich Thermomanagement von Fahrzeugen oder Wasserstoffanwendungen.
- Kenntnisse in Matlab/Simulink und Python sind wünschenswert.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
