Als Teil unseres Global Compliance & Reporting-Teams in Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart oder München bist du kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere internationalen Mandant:innen im Fachgebiet Überleitungsrechnungen von US-GAAP/IFRS auf HGB sowie im Bereich Jahresabschlusserstellungen nach HGB. In einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben:

Erstellung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen nach HGB von Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Rechtsformen und Größe unter Berücksichtigung der Überleitung von internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards auf HGB
Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene für das Outsourcing von Jahresabschlusserstellungen unter Einbindung der globalen EY-Shared-Service-Center-Strukturen
Mitarbeit bei der Beratung national und international tätiger Unternehmen hinsichtlich der Optimierung ihrer Finanzfunktion (Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme) mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Accounting und Reporting
Weiterentwicklung KI-basierter interner Automatisierungsmodule im Fachbereich
Teil eines partnerschaftlichen Teams aus Steuerfachangestellt:innen, Bilanzbuchhalter:innen, Steuererater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen

Das bringst du mit – Fähigkeiten, mit denen du die Zukunft gestaltest

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) - idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Jahresabschluss und Rechnungswesen oder Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, gerne mit einer Qualifikation zum/zur Steuerfachwirt:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Accounting und Reporting sowie ein ausgeprägtes prozessuales und systemisches Verständnis mit dem Blick für das Wesentliche
Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, wie z.B. DATEV, SAP und MS Dynamics 365
Flexibilität und Agilität, um dich in einem sehr volatilen Arbeitsumfeld mit wechselnden Themen und Arbeitsgebieten wohlfühlen zu können
Teamplayer:in mit Engagement, klaren Zielvorstellungen und einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld (in Deutsch und Englisch)
