- Recruiting & Active Sourcing: Du unterstützt bei der Besetzung ausgewählter Positionen und identifizierst bei Bedarf qualifizierte Kandidat:innen über verschiedene Kanäle wie LinkedIn, Xing und andere soziale Medien
- Kennzahlenanalyse: Du überwachst die wichtigsten Kennzahlen im Recruiting-Bereich, um die Effektivität der Rekrutierungsaktivitäten zu bewerten und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Arbeitgeber-Image: Du unterstützt bei der Aktualisierung und Pflege der Präsenz auf Karriereseiten und in sozialen Netzwerken wie Kununu und LinkedIn, um ein positives Arbeitgeberimage zu fördern
- Strategische Partnerschaften: Du arbeitest mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern zusammen, um die Talentakquise zu unterstützen und trägst zur Pflege dieser Beziehungen bei
